Not credit card experience, they want Mortgage, Loan, vehicle or home financing. · Looking for a senior, seasoned Business Analyst to work on various projects. (Could include: Collections, Credit Bureau Reporting, Salesforce, CCAR). · Having lending experience is a plus, but not a requirement. · Having a candidate with very strong BA experience is the most important thing. · Excellent communication skills are a must as this individual will be working directly with the group’s business partners. *TOP 3 Skills:* · 5 to 7 years of solid Business Analysis experience. · The experience must be back to back. BAs that jump between BA and PM and BSA etc will not be selected for hire. · MUST HAVE lending experience – Candidate must have 2+ years of recent experience working on a lending project. · This could include Mortgage, Loan, Home Equity, and Vehicle Finance etc. Credit Card experience would not be relevant. · Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills in addition to working with various levels of stakeholders within the business. From CIO down. *Technologies Used:* · This candidate will be using Visio, Word and Excel on a regular basis. · The bank uses ALS, Mortgage Serv, Empower, LoanIQ.
