*Title :* Web Developer (Jr-mid level) *Location :* Dover, DE *Telephonic** or In-Person interview * *Years of Relevant Experience:* 2 to 5 years *Preferred Education:* 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. The Programmer is responsible for working within a multidisciplinary team to develop, produce and maintain web sites in support of the GIC mission of enhancing communications between Delawareans and their government. The Programmer will work with the GIC team to create and maintain web sites for State of Delaware government agencies, help develop new web-based tools and techniques for government communications, and assist in a series of website migration projects to move state agencies from an old “common look and feel” to a new, responsive CLF design using HTML5 and RSS. The Programmer will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of web sites and applications owned by the state.
