We would like to find someone who was formerly a build / release engineer
or other technical type, who now has graduated to supervising a group of
build engineers, or who has this type of experience as a background and is
now performing the Lead/PM role for a small group. Someone who can
prioritize work, make the assignments, follow up to make sure implementers
are doing their job, identify blockers, resolve roadblocks, to keep the
tasks moving and keep the train on schedule. Must be able to handle
literally constant change in both the high level, the detail, and the
dates. Has to be the kind of person who doesn’t mind chasing down the
right person to get the work done, or putting people together to make sure
they are all on the same page when changes have to occur in just a few
minutes.

They must be able to thrive on chaos and the rush of constant change.
Someone who loves “frantic”.
