For further details please contact me at **510-240-5050 ext 115**. * *Please send me the resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>. * *Position: Functional Hyperion Essbase Production Support Consultant * *Location: Topeka, KS* *Duration: 10 Months* *General Duties/Tasks:* Act as a Functional Support consultant including management and resolution of help desk tickets Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the Project Manager Take personal responsibility for continual process improvement Facilitate and participate in meetings when appropriate Produce timely, high quality results that exceed the expectations of the client *Required Skills:* Experience with Hyperion Essbase Extensive understanding and previous work experience as an Essbase production support consultant Minimum of five years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience *Job Level Specific Duties* • Works on multiple applications. • Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. • Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis. • Participates and may lead critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. • Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. • Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. • Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the customer�s IT organization. • Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms. *Typical Years of Experience* • Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.
