Experience Required • At least 2 years’ experience in managing financial management projects in a financial services environment • At least 4 years’ experience in controllership and accounting functions with Insurance companies, including the accounting close processes (STAT and GAAP) and Financial reporting using PeopleSoft Financial. • At least 3 years’ experience in consulting including project management, team leadership, and client relationship management in support of the delivery of business and/or technical project solutions • Strong Experience in PeopleSoft Techno Functional in Finance modules Roles & Responsibilities This role requires the candidate to understand the business challenges of financial services clients and, through working with the client develop solutions to those challenges that: • Solve the client’s business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of a Financial Services, within the industry insurance and ability to apply financial management solutions, working on the Chart of Accounts for Life and Annuity clients. • Provide high quality “trusted advisor” advice to customers to ensure appropriate process and technology solutions are proposed.
