*Please find the below requirement.* *Job Title: Informatica/Teradata Technical Lead* *Location: Framingham, MA* *Duration:Long term* · Strong Teradata skills · Strong Informatica skills · Multiple years of experience managing an offshore team while onsite Strong sense of ownership with natural ability to take the proactive lead to determine design approach · Make quick support decisions · Experience leading development, functional testing and production support · Good communication skills · 8+ years of experience in the field of Data warehousing · Responsible for the development of logical data models and physical data base designs applied across multiple computing environments. · Ensure optimal end user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans. · Provide oversight and direction for the design and development of the data layer(s). · Develop standards, process flows and tools that promote and facilitate the mapping of data sources, documenting interfaces and data movement across the enterprise. · Provide architectural solutions covering data structures, sourcing, integration, security, and retention. · Developing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Data Warehouses (DW), Data Marts (DM), Decision Support Systems (DSS) and Operational Data Stores (ODS) etc.. · Developing and maintaining enterprise-wide data models, Logical Data Models (LDM), Physical Data Models (PDM) · Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills · Retail related data warehousing experience a plus · Hands on development in ETL – Informatica development and Performance tuning Roles and responsibility · leading Data Governance (DG) and Data Stewardship efforts · Building consensus and leading data integration, semantic reconciliation, and data harmonization efforts · Reviewing and assessing existing data processing methods and techniques · Analyzing and developing complex database designs, data models, and relationship modeling · Depicting the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations · Identifying and resolving information flow and content issues · Transforming business requirements into logical and physical data models · Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle · Work in a blended team for a development project.
