statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics or

*Job Description:         *
Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience creating SQL from scratch as
well as maintaining the current code. They are creating and pulling
reports. They must also have experience using SAS as well to validate and
pull system of records. Must be familiar with it and create and maintain
SAS.

FORMAL REQUIREMENT:
This role also conducts a full validation of loans scheduled to be a part
of a debt sell.
They work closely with the LOBs to understand the criteria needed for a
loan to be included as parts of a debt sell and conduct a validation review
to help identify any errors within the population.
Other duties also include creating and developing a wide range of reports
for the CORM team.
Reporting types include but are not limited to:
- Trending, workflow, management, validation, and ad hoc requests.
This role is key in helping mitigate and reduce risk within our consumer
lending group.
This role interacts with our CORM team, LOB partners, Managers of many
hierarchy, and potentially OCC and CFPB.
They would interact with all of the above parties to help create reporting,
validation reviews, and create sample population.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have strong consulting and analysis skills.
- Ability to performs complex analyses/analysis design involving data
mining and predictive modeling, regression/multivariate, financial, and/or
comparative analysis.
- Must have strong communication skills with the ability to present results
of analyses and recommendations to senior management.
- Must have knowledge of non-real estate system of records.
- Experience multitasking and prioritizing many competing needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL.
- Experience in writing complex queries within SAS & SQL.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
