Ability to lead a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation 2. Ability to convert business requirements into a design 3. Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design and implementation; 4. Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy 5. Has effective client interaction skills. 6. Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables 7. Participate in code review Required Skills 1. 8-10+ years of experience in Mainframes - COBOL, JCL, and DB2. 2. Good Analytic skills. 3. Expertise on RDBMS concepts. Nice to Have Skills 1.
