*GC,  USC (H1 will also do as long as they are willing to work fulltime

A senior BPM Architect/Designer with hands on experience to

1) establish standards and procedures and

2) design and implement complex business workflows



*Primary tasks include but are not limited to:*
o Bachelor/Master degree in computer science
o Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and distributed
computing
o Expert in BPM development processes in all phases of SDLC (e.g. capturing
proper business workflow requirements, solution specification)
o Extensive technology knowledge including but not limited to LDAP, JMS,
Web service, java, SQL, email, sftp, http, xml, html, javascript
o Ability to establish standards and procedures to help guide other
developers
o 3+ years development experience in IBM Business Process Management
Software
o 5+ years of programming experience in object oriented languages
preferably in Java

*ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED*
• Enterprise architecture and design skills
• Strong on Core Java and middle ware technologies
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments

*Desired/ Plus:*
• Ability to coach and mentor the development team
• Ability to help development team in solution / design

*EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :* Bachelors degree
