*Job Description:*
Finance Planning team within *CFIT* requires an experienced, detail
oriented, Engineering *Program Manager* with a proven track record of
delivering collaborative technical projects, with thorough understanding of
systems analysis and data analysis tools/processes and with excellent
communication skills (verbal and written) and Problem solving skills. Any
past experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Finance
processes will jump out, as the successful candidate will be expected to
ramp quickly on Microsoft Finance processes.
*Key Responsibilities: *
· Partner with Finance Business teams and other *EPMs to elicit
Business Requirements*
· Create Functional design options and specifications in close
collaboration with Business Operations team, Software Engineering and
Service Engineering teams.
· Document Business, Functional and Non-functional requirements
· Provide design recommendations based upon system dependencies,
business impact and platform principles.
· Identify/perform detailed analysis of data sources & dependent
systems, using *T-SQL mainly*.
· Provide data mapping and associated transformation business
rules from source to subject area, including data integrity/constraint
requirements
· Analyze and validate data models against source system data
requirements
· Cross-team collaboration with Software Engineering team and
Business Operations team during SDLC phases and provide additional data
analysis as required during all project phases
· Track project issues from reporting to closing and prevention.
· Able to work independently and proactively from time to time
on assigned deliverables.
*Qualifications:*
· Deep experience in *end-to-end Technical project management*
· Deep experience in developing functional designs
· Strong written communication, verbal communication and
interpersonal skills
· Strong system and data analysis skills
· Excellent conceptualization, analytical, logical skills
· Expertise in *Data Warehousing and BI* technologies
· Experience with *enterprise level financial systems and
processes*
