*Kindly reply to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Old Saybrook, CT Looking for a senior type person This is a 40 hour a week 6 -12 month contract · Develop reports using standardized reporting platforms such as SQL Server Reporting Services 2014. Including SSRS,SSIS,SSAS · Develop SQL queries to extract complex datasets and metrics from multiple databases. · Work with product owners in various departments and clients to understand requirements, understand data needs, and resolve issues. · Creating Technical Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures. · Maintain and optimize existing queries and reports. · Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule. · Conduct meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications and updates. · Experience in building maintainable, standardized reports against multiple data sources with export-to-Excel capabilities. · Experience in unit-testing and continuous integration. · Experience with other technologies (C#, PHP, Java, etc.) is a plus. · Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. · 5+ years of experience developing reports against SQL Server databases. · Ability to efficiently communicate expected timelines and deadlines.
