The Analyst/Programmer regularly reviews applications and makes modifications and/or updates of a single system application or basic software and their associated hardware at multiple sites to ensure currency and functionality within the established environment. The Analyst/Programmer produces and maintains documentation such as systems requirements, designs, resource inventories and plans as requested. Works with colleagues and customers to resolve issues, documents resolution, and communicates resolution with customer. May interface with vendor support service groups or other external support teams to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Must have knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and computer programming and have had exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied application. Additional must-have qualifications are: strong verbal and written Communication skills, project management and problem solving skills, and basic IT knowledge of hardware and software systems. Join support and operations team with installs on Linux, cloud maintenance, bug and enhancement changes to existing code base, testing of same. *Qualifications:* Advanced Unix/Linux Advanced Scripting (Perl, Python, Bash eg.)
