The following Senior Project Manager resource is required to support and
manage the transition to a new bill format and print vendor through working
with various teams responsible for project requirements, design, analysis,
feasibility assessments, budgets and schedules. This resource will also
deliver to established project goals, manage timelines/schedules, and
maintain project plans. The resource that is required and defined by this
Statements of Work is for:



*Ø One (1) Senior Project Manager*

This service will be performed in combination of on-site at PacifiCorp
offices located at Lloyd Center Tower, Portland, OR, at the vendor’s
current site located in Indianapolis, Indiana and at the future print
location located in Las Vegas, Nevada according to a defined Scope of Work
(SOW).



*1. Project Manager Statement of Work:*

The project manager will report to the Manager of Bill Payment and
Presentment and work with the various project teams to establish project
goals, negotiate timelines/schedules, develop project plans, manage the
execution of the project and provide timely and accurate status reporting
to project stakeholders. The term of the position will be 9 months starting
approximately March 16, 2015.

1.1 Description of activities include, but are not limited to:

Perform duties as assigned by the Manager of Bill Payment and Presentment.

Perform assigned work as defined in the individual statement of work.

Manage the entire project, including vendor management, scoping,
estimating, scheduling, resource allocation, testing, budgeting and
monitoring.

Successfully transition to the selected bill format and print vendor, and
monitor milestones closely as this is an unknown vendor with unproven track
record for formatting services. Act as the single point of contact
throughout the project for PacifiCorp.

Refine projects’ scope as required and drive the delivery to meet the
objectives.

Evaluate and define appropriate ownership responsibilities.

Interface with all areas affected by the vendor transition including
various areas of the business impacted by this transition, PacifiCorp’s
central cashier’s office, and other stakeholders and management.

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans
and status reports.

Manage the integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables.

Provide effective management and oversee the management of the assigned
projects.
