Here is the requirement for my direct client, for the below position please do respond me with the Updated profile to [email protected] or reach me at 609-843-0707. *Position: Core Business System Analyst* *Location: OH & NY* *Duration: Contract* *Exp: 10 - 12 Years* *Job Description:* *Key Responsibilities:* - Working with technology team to define project requirements and review designs and test plans results to confirm that line of business goals are met - Documenting the Stories and Use Cases from project business requirements - Documenting data flows and exchange between systems - Performing Testing to confirm the application has been built as per the functional specs. - Working with architects and line of business partners to develop and define technology project scopes, requirements, and operational impacts (migrations support, etc) - Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. - Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. - Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases, functional specification and source to target mappings to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. *Job Requirements* - Bachelor’s Degree Required - Minimum 3-5 years of technical delivery experience (Architecture, Application Development, Usability Design, Project Management, or Quality Assurance) - Minimum 7 years of business analysis (or equivalent work experience) - Experience understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis - Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's retail and business banking online products - Basic hands on data analysis skills - ability to query existing data stores and use analytical tools to support requirements, decisions, and recommendations - Strong analytical and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills - Agile team experience, (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP) *Preferred Experience:* - Strong experience in TDD and ATDD practices is highly desired. - Development Background - Featured Driven Development BDDI ESDMI DSDM Core BSA should additionally have the following skills : 1. He/She should have a good understanding of domain 2. Should be able to bridge gap between product folks and technical folks. Should be able to guide technical team in usage of business concept 3. Should have end to end knowledge of processes involved in development of code 4. Should be quick in grasping concepts 5. Should be able to collaborate with framework team and guide team in right direction. 6.
