· Experience in designing and conducting different types of
Performance tests such as *Load, Stress and Endurance Tests*
· Collecting *NFR*, Expertise in *bottleneck identification,
End-to-End Root cause* Analysis on *performance bottlenecks*.
· Expertise in various tools used in Performance Testing, hands
on proficiency in different *protocols*
· Strategize Performance engineering/testing needs
· Leadership Qualities, and previous experience with Leading
Enterprise Performance Testing teams
· Capability to take Performance Testing to Performance
Engineering over a period of time
