*Technical Lead* The scope of the project involves strategic development and enhancements to the platforms supporting *Collateral *domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business and development centers in NY and NJ. *Key Responsibilities* • Primary tasks include but are not limited to: o Ability to write Functional Specification from BRD and interface with business team o Ability to lead 15+ member teams preferably with consulting background desired o Lead and mentor development team members o Work under Pressure, willing to adjust to changing priorities and meet the project time lines o Ability to work successfully in a global environment, coordinate global teams o Help to define solution architecture and ensure the development team members meet defined standards o Ensure that development team members have a functional understanding of financial systems, guiding more junior members o Create project plans, mange risks and issues logs across the projects.
