shopping tools that affect people across the world.

Our team, the HIG (Human Interaction Group) at eBay is an
interdisciplinary group of visual designers, coders, analysts, and writers.
We form dynamic groups that solve strategic user experience design
   challenges.

As part of the team, you will primarily focus on the Mobile Web

quickly, pushes innovation and has a big impact on the overall business.
Think agency-style agility and creativity with the solid infrastructure and
   resources of a global company.

   1. Work with Project Managers, Developers and client stakeholders to
ensure that what we’re designing meets the needs of the end user

application of choice or in the browser (when appropriate)
   4. Design web and mobile application interfaces and interactions
   5. Actively participate in design critiques/reviews and product
   discussions
   6. Think deeply about the user experience and usability issues
   7. Build out your designs using HTML/CSS/Javascript
   8. Craft responsive interfaces that look great on a variety of platforms
   9. QA the implementation of your designs

   You’re qualified because:
   10. You have a portfolio that shows thoughtful and tightly crafted
   experiences
   11. Your ability to design exceptional user interfaces is second-to-none
   12. Mobile and responsive design/development is not an after-thought
   13. You have a burning passion for providing a great experience to users
   14. You understand design and user interface best practices for both web
   and mobile apps.
   15. You’re proficient in handcrafting HTML5 and CSS3
   16. You know enough JavaScript/jQuery to build out your designs
   17. You get things done whether you’re working autonomously or in a team
   setting
   18. You have great communication skills, and the ability to explain your
   design decisions come naturally

You’ll get bonus points for knowing a little something about:
   19. Version control with Git
   20. Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap & Foundation
   21. Experience with MVC frameworks such as Angular.JS
   22. Web animation frameworks like Greensock or Velocity
   23. After Effects
   24. Familiarity with A/B testing
   25. Ability to conduct user testing and customer interviews
   26. Ability to create icons in a pinch.
