 Position               :                   Websphere MQ Admin/Engineer
Needed
 Location               :                   San Francisco- CA- Local needed
for In-Person Interview- phone screens will happen next week
 Duration               :                   18+ months

Required Skills:


Engineering and administering our WebSphere MQ implementation.

The candidate is expected to have recent hands on experience with WebSphere
MQ in a UNIX (preferably Solaris) and/or Linux environment.

Experience with other message queueing related software (i.e. Rabbit MQ,
ActiveMQ, AMQP, JMS, etc.) and tools (IR360, MQ Explorer, etc.) is an
advantage but not required.

A successful candidate must have good communication skills as a large part
of this role will involve working with the infrastructure architects and
other development/engineering/operations/testing teams.

The role will involve administering Pre-Prod MQ server environments as well
as engineering and documenting new MQ designs for Production. There is no
on-call requirement for this role.

Although WebSphere MQ is the primary focus of the role, a candidate with
experience in and a willingness to work on other areas of the DCT stack
(particularly operating systems) would be strongly preferred.
