*Job Description* Responsible for building and day to day management and support of Hadoop clusters. Ensure Big Data environment is secure, healthy, backed up, and ready for all contingencies Manage user and group access to various Big Data resources Monitor and troubleshoot Big Data clusters using a variety of open source and proprietary toolsets *Technology:* 5+ years of experience on unix administration on linux-based systems Strong experience as Hadoop Admin in Cloudera based clusters. Cloudera certification strongly desired. Experience installing, configuring, monitoring, and administering large Hadoop clusters Experience on administration of HDFS, HIVE and HA MR2 / YARN. Experience or a strong understanding of Hadoop architecture Oozie, HBase, Hue, Flume and ZooKeeper Strong knowledge of Linux, OS level file system and network troubleshooting Aaron - SR.
