ensuring the performance, capacity, and reliability of our applications and
infrastructure serving a worldwide client base.  You will work in a fast
paced and highly technical collaborative team environment developing
innovative solutions for capacity and performance testing complex
multi-tiered applications. As a Sr Performance Engineer your key roles and
responsibilities include:Being responsible for the development of test
strategies for projects that may span multiple products, technologies and
test disciplines.Working closely with LexisNexis and vendor resources to
ensure test cases and acceptance criteria adhere to requirements and are
accurately validated during the certification process.Providing guidance
and oversight for improvements to software measurement, metrics and
analytical techniques.*










*Key accountabilities are documented through performance objectives and may
include:Work collaboratively with the business, architects, and developers
to define non-functional requirements (NFRs), identify gaps, assess
capability, and document risks.Develop performance and capacity models.
Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning

performance and capacity.Identify trends through the use of metrics to
forecast quality and release readiness.Design and implement performance and
capacity testing solutions using a variety of third party and custom tools

*Qualifications:Bachelors or Master’s degree; or equivalent combination of
