We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position *QA Manager - Billing Testing (with telecom exp)* *Location: Allen / Addison, TX* *Duration: 12+Months* *Summary*: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of business analysts and development teams for software development and data conversion activities Responsible for establishing and leading a team of test analysts to determine needs, define protocols, conduct testing, and implement system improvements. This position is responsible for the successful testing of software releases for projects and large scale data conversions. Knoweldge of Quality Assurance and Testing Methodologies. Experience with ALM, for defects and defect management. Experience building testing teams, test plans and test cases. Specializing in retail Billing (Products, Service Orders, Trickle Cash, Unbilled Usage, Treatment, Payments, Adjustments, A\R, Rating\Posting\Billing, etc.). Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Ability to work under minimal direction in a fast paced environment Expertise in analyzing requirements and writing/modifying existing test cases Telecom experience is highly desirable and DPI specific experience is a plus. W Will need to run bills for CR&B team for their analysis, as well as to produce CCB Retail Billing Daily Tapes (BDT’s) and CDG CCABS Wholesale Billing Data Tapes (BDT's). Ability to run usage and billing jobs on the DPI system for CCB Retail Billing and/or CDG CABS. Ability to work in a fast pace environment and available to provide 24 X7 support as required Experience with Turnover, Hawkeye, DBU, STRDBG, SQL experience a plus.
