The Front-End Quality Assurance Specialist will work with a team of other Specialists and internal customers to assess and analyze front-end, user form creation/editing for our external customers. The Front-End Quality Assurance Specialist will also ensure that all requested work details are 100% complete and meet all professional quality standards. Qualities needed to succeed in this role include: the ability to manage your own time in a high-volume deadline-sensitive environment, high attention to detail, possession of excellent writing & communication skills, and a track record showing the ability to quickly learn with minimal oversight. Applicants must be extremely comfortable with the Internet, various document editors (Word/Adobe Reader) and multitasking *Essential Functions/Responsibilities * Assess and respond to incoming online form reviews Responsible for identifying and resolving potential work quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections of hosted online forms Follow department guidelines for quality standards and time management Proven ability in applying sound judgment and decision making skills in a deadline-sensitive environment Document anomalies and issues *Minimum Qualifications * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Professionalism and customer service skills Initiative and eagerness to learn new skills HTML and CSS Knowledge is a plus Familiarity with the Internet, Microsoft Office products, quality assurance tools like Browserstack is a plus Some web form technical expertise needed to interact with online technology 1+ years in a high-volume customer service environment preferably using an online work order/ticketing system to manage the inflow of help requests Proven ability in applying sound judgment and decision making skills in a deadline-sensitive environment Must be available to work various hours, which may include nights and/or weekends Please let me know if you need any more information.
