*Job Description:*


   - Retirement is building the Digital competency around Web/Mobile and
   looking for a Business Analyst to perform the process analysis, design or
   redesign of business functions to ensure that deliverables are customer
   focused, consistent, effective and efficient.
   - The role is responsible for the analysis, documentation, presentation,
   and training across project stakeholders.
   - The individual must be able to develop a cohesive set of solutions in
   complex and unstructured environments to support business and technology
   initiatives.
   - The assignments will span across multiple projects and require
   interaction with staff from other technology organizations and business
   areas.


*Responsibilities: *


   - Skills critical to this career path include analytical abilities,
   presentation capabilities, project management, leadership and business
   expertise.
   - Responsibilities may include: Conducting research and analysis to
   quantify business opportunities and issues and developing formal
   recommendations for presentation to management; Working with customer to
   generate solutions to business issues and then planning/implementing those
   solutions; Leading efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures
   for the assigned business areas; Participating in presentations for
   internal/external business partners.


*Required Skills:*

   - Candidate must have exceptional analytical and abstract skills, and
   ability to define scope and objectives through business research and
   industry knowledge.
   - Position requires 7+ years in Financial Services industry, preferably
   in Retirement, Investments, or Wealth Management. Knowledge of Retirement
   business, including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and NonQualified
   would be a plus.
   - Experience with performing analysis and building formal requirements
   for creating Business Services is needed.
   - Understanding User Experience principles, implementation
   methodologies, issues and related tools is essential. Dealing with
   wireframes, user interaction, and integration with services is a huge
   asset.
   - Must demonstrate aptitude in understanding technical issues and
   solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments.
   - Work with the business to identify key decision points and build
   decision models to identify business rule sets.
   - Extract user experience as well as business rules for documentation,
   application code, or other sources working with subject matter experts to
   assist in the business rule design and ensure rules reflect the business
   intent and result in the desired business behavior.
   - Ensure re-usability of rules across the enterprise with consistent
   terminology and ensure readability across stakeholders.
   - Strong business and technology relationship management experience.
   - Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and a desire to
   continuously learn new skills and technologies. Strong verbal and written
   communication skill.
   - Ability to direct, moderate and negotiate multi-functional groups.
   - Ability to deal with and resolve conflicting and competing demands


*Education:*

   - BS or BA in Finance or equivalent business experience preferred
