Knowledge and skill in Cisco telephony phone systems (Shoretel a plus) 4. Network patching, triaging issues and project work 5. Printer queue setup, triage, management 6. Good customer service skills, good communication 7. Experience with ticketing systems 8. Responsible for onboarding and offboarding (telephony/network) 9.
