We've an urgent requirement with one of our client for *Sr. Financial Systems Analyst (HFM EPM)**. *position in* Boca Raton, FL. *Please find below the job description for the same and revert back to me with your consultant updated profile and contact details at the earliest. *Position: Sr. Financial Systems Analyst (HFM EPM)* *Location: Boca Raton, FL* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Summary:* This position, with the support of the Financial Systems Manager, is responsible for managing and enhancing one or more Oracle/Hyperion EPM environments. This includes a suite of Oracle/Hyperion products (Essbase, Planning, Hyperion Financial Reports, FDM, and ODI). The position is responsible for providing direct support to the month end reporting and forecasting processes, the budgeting process, as well as helping improve the analytical capabilities of the organization as a whole. *Applicant Characteristics* - High energy - Ability to think on your feet - Expert multi-tasker - Flexibility with working hours - Excellent analytical thinking skills - Consummate self-starter - Agile communicator - Hybrid technical and business mindsets - Customer focused approach *Duties and Responsibilities:* 1. Serve as the admin for several EPM applications. 2. Troubleshoot, correct, and develop mitigating solutions for all EPM systems issues 3. Be able to directly work with other groups such as: internal IT (hardware, network, DBA’s, etc.), as well as external vendors (primarily Oracle) to come up with solutions to issues impacting EPM system performance. 4. Perform routine user support expeditiously and professionally 5. Learn new technologies and techniques through whatever means necessary (on-line, books, webinars, etc.) to do the job better and smarter 6. Act as business analyst to understand customer requirements in order to offer up systemic solutions to a myriad of business problems 7. Be an enabler of best practices, rigid procedures, and controls *Technical Knowledge/Skills* 1. B.S Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT discipline 2. Master’s degree a plus 3. Proficiency in Essbase, Hyperion FR, Hyperion Shared Services, (FR and ODI a plus) 4. Expert Excel user 5. Advanced knowledge in automation and SQL a plus (must have some knowledge) 6. Strong ability to tie-out data between multiple subsystems, GL’s , EDW’s and end reporting systems 7. Knowledgeable of financial reporting, analytics, and accounting concepts 8.
