Debug and resolve Jira issues - Standardizing workflows, creating the JIRA/Radar workflow(not integration), assessing plugins, cleaning up JIRA, helping PMs with JIRA questions, maintenance of JIRA and Confluence, reviewing requests, attend meetings as a JIRA consultant and assessing JIRA performance.
