*****(They will hire off of a phone interview)**** RESPONSIBILITIES:*Work under direction from UX and creative leads Collect, analyze and understand business and application requirements, prioritize and identify user tasks and goals Develop site maps, wireframes, content audits, competitive and heuristic analysis, interaction flow diagrams and user personas Employ a variety of user-centered design methods to help learn about users and convey a site or application’s experience Become an advocate for the user and usability centric issues Develop innovative solutions for web, mobile, and other emerging technologies Be extremely adaptable and flexible.
