*Program Manager*

*Location: *Bay Area Peninsula: Palo Alto / Santa Clara / Mountain View /
Sunnyvale (need locals to CA)

*Duration: *6 months+

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

*Sales Operations*

•      Administer, manage and report on revenue & pipeline using
automation/forecasting tools in SalesForce CRM, Oracle etc

•      Generate monthly/ quarterly forecasts, metric reports, maintain
business dashboard & provide analysis for ISBU Sales Management

•      Proactively diagnose the analytical requirements of the sales
organizations; design and deliver reporting to meet their requirements

•      Partner with Sales Management on business planning, marketing
operations and strategy

•      Assist in the structuring, approval process and execution of Sales
Agreements like master services agreement, statements of work, custom
agreements etc.

•      Ensure timely follow through for on boarding partners who sign up
for services

•      Co-ordinate with various teams in Client like Accounts Receivables,
finance, accounting, to ensure smooth invoicing and billing operations

•      Assist in sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas,
headcount and sales plans

•      Work with the CRM team to define business requirements and support
the sales organization

•      Manage and maintain team’s knowledge sharing sources, including
shared drives and folders, project collaboration site and documentation.

•      Coordinate and monitor functional area activities, compile and
prepare information, and interface and communicate frequently with
employees, management and external contacts

•      Develop Excel spreadsheets, PPTs and templates with formulas to
record data. Schedule meetings and coordinates logistics as required.

Marketing automation:

•      Assist in co-ordination with business development initiatives/ lead
generation programs

•      Assist in automating outreach to customers/partners via marketing
automation tools

•      Assist with prospect research and identifying target
audience/contacts

*Job Requirements :*

•      Sr. Program Management experience

•      Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple organizations
involved in the program

•      Familiar with ITaaS, Business Services-oriented, IT Service Catalog
models; experience working in rapidly maturing IT organizations

•      Experience with large-scale deployments and multi-million dollar
projects

•      Skilled at applying appropriate framework models to right-size the
program structure to deliver a quality program efficiently

•      Well versed in Risk Management approaches for ensured success

•      Familiar with Service Desk solutions and concepts, preferably
ServiceNow

•      Experience with vendor management and client responsibilities in
contracted professional services

•      Ability to drive a complex array of work streams and resources to a
tight schedule, and able to anticipate risks, challenges, dependencies, and
able to adapt to unanticipated challenges

•      Competent in developing transparent and accurate executive reports,
steering committee presentations, and stakeholder reviews & reports

*Qualifications / Experience *

•      7-10+ years experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations

•      Superior analytical skills

•      Able to review processes, recommend changes, create structure and
able to cope in a fast paced environment

•      Advanced MS Excel skills

•      Experience using CRM applications; Salesforce.com or Oracle or SAP a
plus

•      Services sales operations experience a plus

•      Bachelors Degree. MBA a plus.
