I have a URGENT need for an IOS app developer for my client based here in DC. Details below. The client will hire off Skype, prefer local candidates to DC though. Communication and technical IOS dev skills are key. The client is a causal (Ad agency) environment; so cultural fit will be key. *Location:* Washington, DC *Length: *3Months (Will extend based on project and performance) *Candidates MUST have experience with:* Do you have a minimum number of years of experience that you would like to see? · 3/4yrs required Is Swift an absolute must? What are the 3 MUST haves (we wouldn’t send a candidate if they didn’t have these 3)? · Must have *swift* (Which is most important) Along with other Objective C, etc … How important are communication skills? Or is this just going to be a heads down developer? · Heads down developer works, but collaborate with tech team What team does this sit on, and who would they be reporting too? · Working in a team of 4 – reports into the creative development director *Required Qualifications and Skills:* A candidate for this position must possess: · Experience with Objective C & Object-Oriented, Programming (OOP) concepts · Experience with the XCode IDE, Interface Builder, and iPhone SDK and Swift · Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people · Solid oral and written English communication skills · Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment Desired Experience A candidate for this position may also possess the following skills & experience: · Experience integrating JSON or XML based web-services · Exposure to additional front-end technologies such as Flash, ActionScript, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript · Experience with source/version control software · Experience with Adobe Photoshop · Existing approved Apple App Store application is a big plus Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
