The role is a 6 month contract with possible *TOP CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION:* - At least 5 years of high-level BA experience - Knowledge and thorough understanding of OTC Derivatives - Very sharp business analysis and communication skills—looking for someone to take charge, not just follow instructions *Experience in data mapping and data analysis. All others require rudimentary business analysis skill. Must have exemplary communication skills, especially written skills. Understanding of derivative products, especially OTC is needed.* Business Analysts hired needs to have experience with mapping of data, FpML and XML, trade capture experience and detailed work experience. The team is looking to add multiple experienced Business Analysts with Derivatives experience. The current team has several junior members, and we are looking to add senior-level knowledge. Candidates must have polished business analysis and communications skills with experience in the derivatives space. It is critical that submitted resources have derivatives knowledge. Familiarity with SDLC is also needed. OVERVIEW: Derivatives Specific - Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization. Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary.
