Title: *Manual QA Needed* Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 18 months Experience: 10+ years Need ASAP Must be local to the San Francisco CA Area for in person interview *Required Skills:* Strong Manual Testers with Quality Center, Banking, SDLC and Web Application Testing experience *Skills:* * Banking domain knowledge. ** Experience using Quality Center. ** Experience opening defects and using Bug Tracking tools *Experience using ClearQuest for defect tracking. * Experience with RUP (Rational Unified Process) SDLC. * Experience with test data set-up and data conditioning for a banking application. * Experience working with financial industry mainframe applications. ** Excellent oral and written communication skills. BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, other related discipline or equivalent experience. ** Five or more years software quality assurance and testing experience. Experience directing and coordinating work among teams. * Experience implementing quality process improvements, creating methods, procedures and training. Experience defining and implementing software testing strategies including test automation. Experience facilitating the design and implementation of software development metrics. * Experience developing estimates for quality assurance/quality control work activities. ** Experience testing web applications. Experience with all types and levels of testing e.g., unit, integration, system, volume, non-stop/destructive and load testing. ** Excellent problem solving skills.
