*Job Title: PeopleSoft AdministratorLocation: NYCDuration: 3 MonthsDirect
Client PositionIn person interviewSCOPE OF SERVICES  Creation of new
PeopleSoft instances, Install Tuxedo, Configure Application Server domains,
Apply patches, bundles and maintenance packs to the PeopleSoft
systemsMigration of code (PeopleCode and other custom code), patching and
environment refreshes.  Experience in STAT is must have.zDesign,
implementation and support of backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery
solutions. Support of PeopleSoft Pure Internet Architecture Configuration;
Integration Broker; Web logic experience and LDAPWorking with Oracle
customer support to identify and resolve infrastructure issues through
configuration changes or the application of patches and fixes.Upgrade of
PeopleToolsSPECIAL REQUIREMENTSMust be willing to carry a cell phone and be
available for 24 x 7 on-call support to include weekdays, evenings,
weekends, and holidaysMandatory Skill/Expertise8+ years of hands-on
experience in Oracle PeopleSoft technical and architecture design,
installation, configuration and administration support in complex
multi-instance environments, performing, but not limited to, the following
activities:In depth knowledge on People Tools. Change Assistant,
Application Designer, Data Mover, Database Connectivity/Query tools-SQL
Plus.Knowledge on Webservers and Middleware likes WebLogic, TuxedoKnowledge
and hands on experience on Windows, Unix/Linux/Solaris Scripting languages
DOS Batch files, Unix shell scripting8+ years of PeopleSoft and IT-industry
project and service management standards, frameworks, methodologies and
best practices.  6+ years managing complex projects with the ability to
work productively under pressure even when clear direction and/or
information are not always available.   6+ years in Administration of
PeopleSoft Version 9.X & PeopleTools 8.5xAnalytical thinking and creative
problem solving, ability to define multiple approaches to business
problems, and exposure to business process re-engineering.Demonstrated
troubleshooting skills.Proven leadership and people management skills,
superior customer service skills and excellent written, communication, and
presentation skills.*
