*Please send resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Job Title: Windows Server AdministratorLocation: NYCDuration: 12 MonthsRate: $50-55/hr on C2CRESPONSIBILITIES Implement and administer infrastructure for business solutions based on Windows XP, 7, Server 2003, 2008, and 2012. Implement and administer physical and virtual environments for both desktops and servers based on HP and VMware products. Configure and manage enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, and Antivirus. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all desktop and server operating systems and applications Create and maintain engineering documentation for all design proposals, builds, and changes. Create and maintain operational documentation for practices, procedures, and processes. Ensure system and data availability, integrity, and confidentiality. Ensure all network, system, application, and data security issues are reported to management and are remediated in a timely fashion. Review managed environment for software and hardware updates based on security, functional, and support requirements. Assist in performing a risk assessment on all updates and communicate and coordinate all maintenance with operations staff, management, and end-users. Assist with the design, implementation, and support of corporate-wide security solutions, best practices, and policies. Assist with all other network, telephony, security, and storage related tasks. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of experience with the installation, configuration and administration of a Windows desktop and server infrastructure MCSE Certification or equivalent experience Bachelor Degree preferred in Computer Science or IT related field Expertise with Windows XP/7 and 2003/2008R2 server architecture and OS fundamentals Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix) Experience working with GPOs, login scripts, and roaming profiles Experience with enterprise server management (PowerShell, VBScript, ADSI, WMI, Windows registry, remote management tools) Familiarity with Exchange 2010 in a clustered environment Familiarity with SharePoint 2010 or 2013 Familiarity with enterprise Software Deployment and Patch Management Familiarity with core protocols (TCP/IP, IPSEC, SSL, CIFS) Technical understanding of Antivirus, Active Directory, IIS, MSCS, load balancing, PKI, DNS, and DHCP in the enterprise Developing and following procedures to handle operational and security events Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet deadlines Desired Skills HP C-Class Blade hardware SAN experience SolarWinds tools RSA, ActiveSync, Blackberry Enterprise Server, DoubleTake, HP Insight Manager, SecurePass, LANDesk, or Symantec Enterprise Vault experience Wireless, network, firewall, and/or security appliance (proxy, IPS, SIEM) experience a huge plus VoIP experience Mobile device management or mobile application management experience Apple hardware and iOS and OS X Prior financial services background* *Please send resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Thanks, Sam CNC Consulting, Inc. 201-546-3096 [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
