*Please send resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Job Title: .Net ArchitectLocation: Lansing, MIduration: 6 MonthsDirect client PositionClient: State of MIWe are looking for a technical architect with some analyst duties tied to documenting the DTMB-0170 Information System Security Plan and Risk Assessments for the Department of State’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Red Card (Information Technology Services that are associated with the Agency Critical Business Functions) applications. These consist of the Branch Office System (BOS), Accounts Receivable System/Receipts Processing System (ARS/RPS), Self-Service Terminals (SST), Vehicle Registration Web Renew, Renewal By Mail, Elections Management Portal (EMP), Michigan Voter Information Center (MVIC), and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). This person needs to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will be responsible for performing a variety of complicated tasks; such as identifying and documenting business requirements, documenting solution designs, creating and updating architectural diagrams, conducting technical assessments on systems and documenting assessment, submitting and tracking enterprise assessment request, facilitating meetings to illicit technical information, Information Technology planning. They may, at times, lead, follow up and direct the work of others. Must be a self-directed individual capable of working in a results-oriented environment. The DTMB-0170 Information System Security Plan and Risk Assessment methodology used for this assessment is outlined in NIST 800-30 Guide for Conducting Risk Assessments, and uses the baseline for minimum recommended security controls as described in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53 v4 Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations. Skills Required At least 10 years experience with web development in VB.NET <http://VB.NET> and ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> At least 10 years experience with web development with SQL Server as the backend At least 10 years experience as a Senior Enterprise Solution Integration Architect or Technical Lead At least 8 years of experience leading code reviews, enforcing development standards, refining software development and build processes, and assisting with quality improvement activities related to software development.
