Consultant will design, develop, test and document applications and
application enhancements. These will be coded using .Net C# on the Windows
platform.SCOPE OF SERVICES:The Department of Housing Preservation and
Development has a need for an experienced .Net C# application developer to
design, develop and deliver applications. In addition the candidate
will:Participate in project development using Agile methodology.Develop
applications using our .Net Framework.Research new technologies and share
discoveries with other team members.Work closely with the QA
team.Participate in team meetings and provide insightful input and
ideas.Provide technical input/guidance when needed.Mandatory
Skill/ExpertiseMinimum of 8 years’ experience in .Net C#
programming,ASP.Net, ADO.Net, JavaScriptMinimum of 4 years developing WCF
ServicesMinimum of 1 years’ experience in HTML5 programming.Minimum of 1
years’ experience in Angular JS.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in JQuery,
JSON,XMLMinimum of 4 years working with the Oracle database
environment.Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis
and Design.Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle
like Agile and Waterfall.*
