Troubleshoot functional and technical incidents occurring within SharePoint Perform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration and maintenance as required. Create documentation for any function performed under any competency as directed. Ensure solutions require minimal training to the end user while maintaining high reliability and usability. Ensure the Backup & restore activities for SharePoint Provide Access for End Users for different SharePoint Sites (Site Administration) Deploy solutions/Packages as need for Development teams Daily monitoring of incidents related to Administration and resolve user Issues with SharePoint Experience with monitoring and capacity planning specific to SharePoint Checking for operating system, SQL Server and SharePoint patches and cumulative updates.
