We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position *Job Title: Senior Design Lead – Java / J2EE * *Professional Experience: * Design lead is the title for senior J2EE developer. Design lead should have leadership, coordination and communication skills in addition to the technical ones. As we worked with the offshore team, we need someone from the onshore to lead this team. *Description:* • Perform customer solution requirements analysis and translate into detailed software requirements • Assist in providing cost estimation based on requirements • Lead development project teams • Develop software to meet customer solution requirements • Ensure end-to-end software programs adhere to requirement specification • Provide customer support services for trouble reports related to delivered software solutions (part of an on-call support roster) • Perform software configuration management and release management of software • Lead a group of developers or participate in a group (Leadership skills and Team Work) *Qualifications* • Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent • Must have minimum of 8 years in WEB design and development using Java-related technologies/frameworks such as: Java, CSS 3, HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, • Strong leadership communication and consulting skills and experience on customer-driven development projects • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM project environment • Telecom and/or IT Industry experience • Experience in the Verticals Industry is a definite asset • Knowledge in Java Web Services development technologies such as J2EE, Web Services, JSP, JSTL is a must. • Knowledge of scripting such as Perl, C Shell or any other Shell Script is an asset • Knowledge of database such as Oracle, SQL is a definite asset. • Knowledge of repositories such as Git, SVN, Clearcase is an asset • Knowledge of Ericsson products and platforms M2M, MSDP, ECE is an asset. *Location: Bellevue, WA* *Duration: 12+Months* If you are interested, please send me your updated resume with your contact number.
