This role includes requirements gathering, configuration and administration of the Salesforce.com platform. Provide solutions that are highly scale able and easy to maintain while keeping the overall end-user experience in mind. Highly motivated self-starter demonstrating integrity, initiative and innovative qualities. Salesforce Developer / Administrator with at least two full life cycle development experience. Experience working on at least two Sales cloud Implementations is a must. Experience working with data loader, Informatica cloud or other Data migration and ETL tools is required. Experience working on Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management and Activity Management is required. Experience working in the Financial Industry is a definite plus. Salesforce.com certifications (201/301) are a plus. Outlook - Salesforce integration experience preferred More than six years of combined application development experience required. Four years or more of Salesforce.com administration and configuration required. Bachelors Degree required.
