Contract to Hire – 6+ months Minneapolis, MN (Inperson Required) Client Requires EAD, GC, USC only - 5+ years of experience in software testing, including web applications, web services, batch processing and databases. - 5+ years leading and executing all phases of Performance Testing projects from planning through execution and performance analysis. - 5+ years of performance test planning experience including data analysis, scenario definition and workload modeling. - 5+ years of hands on Java, SQL, No-SQL - 5+ years of hands-on Performance Testing experience including test execution - 5+ years of experience with data collection and performance analysis, including analysis server-side data, and hands-on experience evaluating application and web server logs. - 5+ years creating performance test results for audiences ranging from the tech team to the business sponsors and Sr. Management. - 2+ years of experience performance testing in a virtualized server environment, and proficiency in evaluating related KPIs.
