*Please send your resume to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Location: **NYC* *Job Description:* · As the Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible to closely work with Business to understand the program vision, objectives and scope and elicit/document key user requirements. · Will need to provide leadership to analyze those requirements and providing subjecyt matter expertise to the development team in understanding and translating the user requirements to system specifications and further ensure that these are developed and working as per the user needs. · In a Pega PRPC program, a demonstrat4ed ability to partner with business stakeholders, with leading and assisting in the 9identification and definition of requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows and user interfaces; · Interace with and communicate product requirements to architecyts, enfineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and a variety of other sakeholders; · Work with Development Managers, and Architects in scoping and sizing of projects. Sizing may be requested with little more than a vision statement available or as much information as that found in a traditional Product Requirements Document. · Must be comfortable at either end of the spectrum; · Construct and maintain an evolving list of processes and sub-process that mjust be built into our PRPC platform. · Translate business needs and requirements into robust technology requirements; · Experience with Pega Smart BPM methodology and the ability to teach the same to adjacent stakeholders; · Deep experience with industry standard methodologies of SDLC, Agile and SCRM · Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools and frameworks · Must possess a track record of strategy execution, innovation and execution in a high-pressure environment · Experience in IT as a business analyst for large-scale projects and programs · A strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the below Domain · Account and client onboarding experience for big financial enterprise · Basic Pega knowledge with knowledge of DCO · Ability to work in large programs with multiple teams and parallel worki streams - excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills · Excellent ability to see the big picture (business vision, scope) relate to executive stakeholder needs · Ability to provide leadership in best practices around eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders, and walkthroughs to team · Familiar with Agile methodologi8es or Incremental or iterative development. certified SCRUM master or product owner is a plus · A strong background of BPM (Business Process Management) process and tools as utilized in large transformation projects and large Rules Based applications. · Data analysis skills, basic knowledge of databases, queries. · Past work experience as LBA or similar roles · Associated with large enterprise level initatives, transformation projects · At least 8 years of experience in the industry and overall 10+ years in the business analysis or end user roles · Skill - Good to have (these are highly desirable but not mandatory if there is strong domain experience) · Pega CBA certification and CMBB good to have *Regards,* *Darshan IDC Technologies, Inc * *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035.* *Phone No. :- (*408) 882-6837 *Mailto :- [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
