The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess: · Application Integration Developer - TIBCO and EDI standards · Application integration · Integration middleware from TIBCO including: · BusinessWorks · BusinessConnect, BusinessConnect for EDI · Adapters (SAP R/3 and Active Database) · Enterprise Message Service · XML and XPATH languages · Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards: X12 · Transport & Messaging technologies experience: e.g., (s)FTP, AS2, HTTP(s) Highly Desired: SAP ERP Functional and Technical experience (including ABAP Programming) SAP integration experience: IDoc Interfaces, RFC, BAPI, ALE, ABAP and User exits Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards: UN/EDIFACT and TRADACOMS Windows and Linux OS and applications Relational Databases and SQL language (Oracle dialect) What You’ll Be Doing: Design, develop, and implement new or revised cross functional application integration processes with external business partners that utilize EDI standards that deliver transactions and files to our internal systems like SAP. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Design, develop (create, change, or enhance), and test application integration solutions for a wide range of global business processes common to a manufacturer including sales and distribution, supply chain, procurement, and finance. Develop and support batch and real-time application integration processes that facilitate business transactions, data exchanges, and services with internal applications as well as external business partners. Utilize application integration middleware (TIBCO), SAP ECC integration, and EDI and XML standards and formats. Manage testing and resolve issues. Strong English skills. Self-starter (will be provided technical guidance from Armstrong and then will be required to plan, organize, and deliver work independently). Strong communications skills, ability to work with business users, IT colleagues, and external business partners.
