*Experience managing the delivery and team in a SaaS environment and
ideally in IT Applications and IT Operations context *
*Leads delivery team and responsible for releases and prioritization,
status reporting etc during implementation/sustainment of VMware's
ServiceNow platform *
*Some exposure to the ServiceNow platform and the following modules
desirable: *

*Service Request Management *
*Configuration Management (CMDB) *
*Change Management *
*Release Management *
*Asset Management *
*Service Catalog *
*Strong communications and ability to navigate between various stakeholder
