Complete Description: * Candidate should have strong habds on experience in Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus, AIA, Oracle BPM, Web center and ADF technologies * Suitable candidate should have implemented Oracle fusion middleware platform in at least 4 projects * 15+ of IT industry experience consists of 13+ years of hands-on experience developing SOA solutions, Consulting experience is a plus * Strong hands-on experience with SOA Technologies ( specifically: ESB, BPM, BAM, WSM, UDDI compliant registry) * Demonstrated experience with Oracle SOA suite and Enterprise Service Bus tuning, configuration, performance enhancement and troubleshooting * Strong design and troubleshooting skills with an understanding and/or development experience in Web Services WSDL 1.1/WSDL 2.0, XML, UDDI, J2EE, .NET, WS-Security, ITIL processes, SOA Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object Oriented Programming * Experience in middleware, messaging and EAI technologies, JMS, EJB, JNDI, RMI, CORBA Behavior Characteristics: Ability to think and work independently. Problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills. Be a strong team player. Require excellent organizational, verbal and writing skills. *Required* Ø Experience working with Oracle SOA Suite. Must have hands-on experience working with Business Rules, Enterprise Service Ø Exp. working w/ Application and Integration Architectures with special consideration to those with Enterprise Architecture Ø Use of various middleware components: BPEL, BAM, ESB, WSM, and Rules Engines.
