Also must have a working knowledge of VMs, MicroSoft Active Directory and Oracle databases. * *Job Description **‐** Specifics * *Assist IBM with the P8 upgrade (V4.5 to V5.2): installation of new software, configuration of the software and assist with migration tools * *Validate P8 upgrade* *Create Object Stores, Document Classes and Indexes. Be able to apply Security to each P8 entity. * *Configure existing Capture Workstations to work with upgraded P8 * *‐** Configure P8 Navigator and help train users with this new front end Assisting/Testing with CRM integration * *Qualifications: * *Candidate must possess as a minimum, a BA or BS in Computer Science or Information Technology.
