*Skills* Senior Functional Consultant: Supervises business diagnosis and planning activities. Leads requirements gathering and business process redesign efforts. Prepares summary findings and participates in conducting gap analysis between as-is processes and best practice. Formulates the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps. Leads planning and analysis activities, and develops/reviews detailed designs. Functional Consultant: Analyzes and assures quality of the business / functional data collected. Applies business diagnosis and planning tools to document as-is capabilities. Facilitates requirements gathering. This includes identifying user representatives, preparing interview questions,and conducting requirement gathering sessions.
