The individual will perform design along with configuration and integration support, providing L3 SME support, and also Identify & document design/architecture best practices *Required Skills / Traffic Management Requirements:* Expert level knowledge in the following and strong knowledge in all other areas of: Wireless Access Points, Wireless Client Association, Wireless Controllers, Antennas, IEEE 802.11 standards (a,b,g,n), 802.1x Wi-Fi, 802.1Q Trunking, Ether channel, Strong understanding of LAN Switching technologies (VLAN's), WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, IDS/IPS using Radius, AAA authentication, EAP, LEAP, PEAP, PSK, AES-CCMP encryption (AES- Counter w. CBC MAC Protocol), Wireless Sniffers, Wireless encryption protocols, Cisco LWAPP and Autonomous Access Points, WLSM, WiSM, WCS. Experience in Cisco Identity Service Engine and Mobility Service engine *Education/Training* Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience required Cisco certifications are desirable *Experience* 8-12 years of relevant IT work experience.
