*SCOPE OF SERVICES  *

*The Dynamics Developers will work on Agile teams to support the
development of applications that support HPD’s Housing Incentive Programs.
The Dynamics Developer will provide a mix of customization, configuration,
and will help build out a Dynamics knowledge base using Microsoft’s cloud.
The candidate should have background in development and configuration of
Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, using Dynamics to build out business
processes with end users. They should be experienced in data migration and
integration specifically with on premise Oracle databases. The right
candidate should be committed to contributing at an agency that is
fast-paced, with many opportunities to work with cutting edge technologies
and provide meaningful input. HPD is new to the Dynamics Environment so the
candidate must take a leadership role in moving it forward within the
organization.*



*Deliverables: *

*Strategy & Planning*

*Creates an exit strategy from the cloud*

*Estimates/Negotiates work to be done by remote teams*

*Interacts with off-site team and tracks work efforts *

*Operational Mgmt.*

*Designs Key Performance Indicators (KPIS) and dashboards*

*Improvement metrics*

*Communications*

* Regularly reports on progress *

* Gaps and improvements in service levels. *

*Code*

*Delivers customizations/configurations to assist the business using
Dynamics*

*Delivers Interactions with data into on premise Oracle databases*



*Mandatory Skill/Expertise*

*5+ years of experience as a CRM developer*

*Strong development background on Microsoft Dynamics CRM*

*Experience working with .NET *

*Strong Front-End experience with HTML, CSS, etc.*

*Extensive working knowledge of JavaScript*

*Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP*

*Strong background with global implementation and support of CRM*

*Strong problem solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues*

*Ability and willingness to support the CRM user experience and provide
on-going training where necessary*

*Full Life cycle development capabilities; assist with analysis, design,
development, support.*

*Experiencing in working with remote development teams*
