!! Immediate Need Program Manager !! Job Title : Program Manager Location : IA City, IA Duration : 3+ months Responsibilities: Directs, supervises, and governs corporate projects. Reviews proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements, and goals. Oversees the work of project managers and their project teams. May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the T&T Director level. Additional Requirements: The demand management resource should be a PMI certified project program leader who has experience in the management of a team of PMs but also has experience in overall Demand Management (i.e. the evaluation of budgeted projects, their scheduling and resourcing).
