Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc. Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with installs Perform routine audit of systems and software. Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Answer technical queries and assist users. Troubleshoot any reported problems. Assist performance Tuning team on System performance tuning activities. Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running.
