*project in *Milwaukee, WI**.* Below is the detail requirement

*Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – ETL/DW*

*Job Summary *

·         Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager or
Team Lead, the Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between
technology and business lines for the creation and specification of
business requirements regarding new business solutions or enhancements to
existing business solutions.

·         Facilitates business requirements explanation and analysis as
well as documenting outcomes.

·         Models business processes and extracts business rules from those
processes.

·         Identifies, specifies and documents functional test cases.

·         Facilitates the definition and approach to vendor selection,
assessment methodology and demonstration sessions.

·         Prepares communication as necessary for technology and business
lines.

·         Completes technical and detail design requirements documents,
including flows, integrations and impacts.

·         Creates complex reports and queries to access device and audit
logs.

·         Creates impact analyses while identifying, understanding and
planning for impacts of planned systems and ensuring new technical
requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and systems.



*Technical Requirements*

·         Responsible for understanding and applying business knowledge to
the ETL process.

·         This position requires seasoned knowledge in developing, testing,
documenting and implementing solutions utilizing the standard portfolio of
tools where appropriate and integrating complex internal and external
application logic into the ETL.

·         Ability to understand business processes, data flows and
dependencies across operational systems to determine proper design for ETL
and DW.

·         Based on analysis of requirements, construct an effective DW
model and ETL process.

·         Familiarity with ETL data quality processes and Design.

·         Must be able to analyze heterogeneous data sources, develop
validation and data cleansing processes, and ensure ETL properly handle
data granularity, data redundancy, and ensuring integrity of the target DW.

·         Must have experience with full lifecycle ETL and DW design and
implementation for multiple heterogeneous data sources.

·         Must have experience with Informatica tools.

·         Experience with Oracle SQL, Pl/SQL and SQL server.

·         Experience in building complex Cognos Reports.



*Functional Requirements*

·         Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources,
reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,
abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and
distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

·         Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and
internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements
/Business Requirements Document, Use Cases)

·         Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements
definition and management systems and methodologies required.

·         Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how
they will successfully execute their plans

·         Strong analytical and product management skills required,
including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business
needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts.

·         Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal
and external customers) and the software development team through which
requirements flow.



*QUALIFICATIONS: *

·         Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination
of education and experience

·         Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination
of education and experience in Financial services industry

·         Required Experience:  3-5 years of Information Technology,
financial or related functional industry experience

·         Preferred Experience:  5 plus years of Information Technology or
financial industry experience with support of finance applications

·         Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Project Development Life Cycle
